Client Context & Objective

Orra’s promoters were seeking a full exit from the business, while ensuring the company had the right ownership and capital support for its next phase of growth. The business also required funding to expand its store network and improve operational efficiency. The objective was to transition ownership to partners with a long-term view and strong understanding of the jewellery retail space.

Pareto Capital’s Role & Value Creation

Drawing on its established investor network, Pareto Capital identified Plutus Wealth as the financial partner and partnered with a skilled operator group from within the jewellery industry (Siddharth Saheti and Mithun Sacheti).

The transaction involved a complex shareholding structure and required close coordination and negotiation between the sellers, the incoming operator, and the financial investor. Pareto acted as the central point of engagement, managing negotiations across parties and helping structure a transaction that worked for all stakeholders.

Pareto also supported the transaction through a detailed and multi-layered due diligence process involving multiple stakeholders, helping manage complexity and maintain momentum through to closure. The transaction resulted in a smooth promoter transition while positioning Orra with the capital and ownership support required for its next phase of growth.
