Shikha is a seasoned investment banker with over 16 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance. A former SBI Capital Markets veteran, she led the Western India practice and has successfully executed 50+ transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues and debt syndications across diverse sectors.

She brings a strong academic foundation and professional excellence to every engagement. A Gold Medalist MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, she is also a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds an M.Sc. in Finance (Gold Medalist) from ICFAI University.
