Pareto Capital acted as the IPO Consultant, working closely with the management team and the book-running lead managers throughout the IPO lifecycle to support strategic planning, execution, and coordination. Pareto assisted in the appointment and coordination of merchant bankers, legal counsel, and other intermediaries, while helping drive the overall IPO process from a project management perspective.

Working alongside the merchant bankers, Pareto supported the preparation of key sections of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), including the business section, industry positioning, and valuation benchmarking along with the corporate presentation to effectively articulate RK Swamy’s investment proposition. Pareto also established and managed the virtual data room, overseeing document organization, review, and stakeholder coordination to ensure an efficient diligence and filing process.

Acting as the central IPO execution partner, Pareto orchestrated coordination across all stakeholders and significantly eased the execution workload for the management team. This allowed management to focus on business continuity while Pareto drove process efficiency, timely decision-making, and seamless execution through to successful listing.
